How It WOrks

Create a listing

Start by creating a free account and listing your property for sale on our marketplace. We'll ensure the details are accurate and showcase your property to our pool of qualified buyers and investors.

Accepting offers

All buyers are vetted with pre-approved financing in place and offers are received as a non-committal Letter of Intent to Purchase (LOI). When you have decided to accept an offer, a purchase contract is created, title and escrow are opened, and we take the transaction all the way to closing.

Inspection & appraisal

Your buyer may want to have the property inspected for repairs and/or an appraisal may be required. At this point the original offer and terms either (1) moves forward as agreed, (2) re-negotiated with a counter offer, or (3) canceled and re-marketed to other investors who may be a better match.
