We provide business purpose financing in 42 states. In addition, we may provide traditional loan programs in California. Please contact us for your state specific requirements as we may be able to direct you if our loan products are unavailable in your area.
How do I know if I qualify?

Why do I need an LLC?
DSCR loans are designed for investment properties and holding the property in an LLC aligns with lender requirements for business or commercial purpose financing. This is also beneficial to you as it is also separated from your personal credit and typically will not show as a personal trade-line.

We do not place nor advertise on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, or any other listing site. Transactions are between buyers and sellers. There are no upfront out of pocket expenses to list your property for sale on the Loandiptiy platform. A service fee may be charged only when add on services are utilized as part of the transaction.
